Rectangle Frame Porpotionally

I Press in Mac command and Shift and my frame doesn't resize Porpotionally ?

does anyone has the same Problem ?

Nope. Should work...

Is it the Cmd (scale frame with content), or the Shift (proportional), or both that's not working ?

And do check if Auto-fit is switched on for any image frame with content. It might conflict...

Auto-fit is actually easier than using Cmd-Shift to scale any frame with content:
