Reference Code 224 Error

Hi,

I keep getting the attached error when opening InDesign. Can you please help to provide a solution. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing several times but keep getting the same error.

What are your InDesign and Windows versions, as well as your machine specs?

I also found this discussion of the error 224 (albeit with Photoshop, but this error seems to indicate the same issue across all products):

Scroll to the bottom for the solution of that user: "so I found a fix basically I made a new administrator user and now it works".
