Question

Reflowable epub with margins

Hello,

I am currently working on a document that has colored page bleeds (one of the left of the left page and one of the right of the right page) and I need them to be reflowable in epub. I understand that this might be difficult, but it is at least possible? I've tried anchoring, liquid layout, raterization of the content and the container. Nothing seems to be working.

If anyone has any ideas or insights, please let me know.

Thank you,

Lemke

As Derek noted, there are no bleeds in reflowable EPUB (or any other e-book format I know of).

Bleeds are fundamentally a page feature. Real/reflowable e-books don't have pages. It's more or less that simple.

There are other style elements you can use in reflowable text, but the fundamental there is that everything is content-linked, not 'page' linked. Different medium; think different, as some company or another used to urge us.

No bleeds in Reflowable ePubs (the whole image will appear), and do not rasterise text (and Parent page content is not implemented either).
