Does anyone have a script to override and remove master page items on the pasteboard?

Another note on Marc's script ClaenupPasteboard:

With option Custom page offset checked you can also type in minus values.

Hi @Rogerio5C09 ,

Marc Autret once wrote a script to remove items from the pasteboard.

Also from pasteborads of parent pages if you checked the option [x] Parse master spread in the GUI of the script:

Just tested the script with InDesign 2025. It's still working.

Now, that script will also remove items on all pasteboards, not exclusively from parent pages' pasteboards.

Note: To block items, that should not be removed, simply lock them.

If your items are touching edge of the page - you need to move them a bit - otherwise, they belong to the page - even if they look to be outside of the page.

Hi @Rogerio5C09,

I see that a pageitem present on the pasteboard in a master page is not present on the actual document page where the master is applied. So overrding these items would not make sense. Can you elaborate on what exactly is the ask. I think I am missing something here
