Replace colour of anchored object within text frames?

Question

Hi all. Any idea how I might change the colours of all these red icons in my document?

All text is in styles (this is title and body styles) so I am hoping I can add a GREP, or failing that a find and change of some kind?

The icons are vectors anchored in the text, not glyphs. Sadly other things are in red throughout (saving cells in all priceboxes included) so I'm reluctant to delete and replace a colour but might end up doing this!

You say that the icons are vectors anchored in the text. Do you mean that they have been imported into the document from illustrator usinng File>Place? If so then they would need to have their color changed in Illustrator. If you have copied and placed them from Illustrator (not usually the recommended process) then the color could be changed within InDesign using the Find/Change feature. Within the Find/Change dialog you could select the option to find a specific color (make sure that the color is defined already in the Swatches Panel) and then using the options to either Change and Find Next for instances of the color that you want to change or simply Find Next for instances where you want the color to be left unchanged as you go through the document one instance at a time.
