retrieve file after free trial expired

Is there a way we can retrived our works we made during th free trial period after the free trail period expired?? thanks

Hi Rita,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I agree with @Test Screen Name's response. Adobe Creative Cloud provides 2GB of free storage even if you do not have a paid membership. A free membership also lets you continue to access your files in the Creative Cloud folder on your computer and via the Creative Cloud website, subject to the limit of 2 GB of storage.

If you're over the 2 GB limit when you cancel, you have 90 days to reduce your online usage. After 90 days, you could lose access to some or all of your files saved on the Creative Cloud servers.

You can pay for a 1 month only subscription

You then have 1 month to retrieve your files - and then cancel your subscription.

In Ireland this is about €36.

Any files ( INDD files) that you made and saved to your hard drive will still be there. Of course you will need to pay for InDesign to open then, that's the point of the trial.
