Review links not loading in any browser

Question

Hey guys,

I am unable to view any review links from InDesign, Illustrator, XD etc.

It was only when I was in work at first but as of today it is not working when I am working from home.

I have attached a screenshot of the error I am getting 😞

The IT department have updated my certificates and installed Umbrella Roaming Client but still nothing is showing - was just wondering if there is anything else I could try as I really need to see the review links and comments left on my work for my job.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Would you mind sharing a few more details like:

The version of InDesign & OS.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
Is this happening only with you or other user users in the company?
Have you tried different browsers or even different device connected to a different network?
