RGB to CMYK image issues InDesign

Question

I'm working on a project for school using InDesign and I have everything done except my images aren't in CMYK mode. I'm having trouble fixing this issue because when i change the color mode from RGB to CMYK on the images (using in photoshop to do so) when they are transferred back to InDesign the images are pixelated. Is there a way to change the colormode of an image using InDesign so i don't have to switch from program to program?

Hi @Sunny_Ray5CB1 , you can make the conversion to CMYK on an export to PDF by setting the Destination in the Output tab to the required CMYK profile. Also, your Links panel is showing the RGB image as having no profile ( Document RGB)—when you save your RGB images make sure you include its profile in the Save dialog.

Leave the images in RGB. Better would be to asign the correct color profile in InDesign.
If you work with DropBox go to the file and make with right mouse click all needed files local available. Did you make your edits on a different computer? This might cause pixelated images in combination with DropBox.
