Rollover state of button not working anymore

Question

In InDesign 16.4. does not work functionality, where you assign to button various states (normal, rollover, click). I designed button to have various colors in each state, but in PDF it does not change color with rollover. Until this version it worked fine.

When you click on button, it transfers you to target web page, and when you return to Acrobat - voila, suddenly you see rollover state (even you are not hovering cursor above button).

Adobe, as usually, by continuously updating their apps, bringing new and new bugs. What a shame!

Sounds more like an issue in Acrobat than InDesign. But, I do not advise using rollovers anymore. They're unsupported in many third-party PDF readers and don't work at all on mobile devices where most content is absorbed these days.
