Same color appears different depending on the page

Hi! I'm using InDesign 2021. I have one color that I use repeatedly in my InDesign document but it appears different on different pages. The inconsistency persists when I export the document. The top one is page 1 and the bottom one is page 2. Page two has some images. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

The top color is an RGB color that is out-of-gamut to most CMYK color spaces and is not printable. If you have any transparent object on a spread and your Transparency Blend Space is set to CMYK, the RGB color will preview inside of the document’s CMYK space. Same will happen if you turn on Overprint Preview with the blend space set to either RGB or CMYK.

Yes, it does look as though some transparency may be applied. If you want to post the file, or subset of file illustrating the problem, we can look more closely.

The transparency blend space seemed to be set to CMYK so when I changed it to RGB the colors matched the correct one.  Also after exporting it matched as well. Thank you for your help!
