Same Font in document not compatible on Mac vs. PC -help!

Hi,

I run CC on a PC in my studio and on my Mac laptop when working elsewhere. Font versions of Josefin Sans and Miso differ and don't seem to be compatible when accessing the same document from the different computers. I find this to be the case in Indesign and Illustrator docs. It looks like the PC version downloaded from Adobe typekit is a TT font and the one on my mac is something different, perhaps OT but I'm not able to tell. When the docs open and the application offers to 'find' the missing font, they show as unavailable from Typekit (even though there is already a version on my Mac). I've been trying to troubleshoot this for a while to know avail. Any insight is appreciated!

Josefin Sans is indeed part of Adobe Fonts. There is no Miso available as part of Adobe Fonts.

Thanks for that info and the quick response. Seems like I'll need to do some more investigating.

Adobe Fonts (formerly Typekit) always serves the exact same font (including format, OpenType TrueType or OpenType CFF) regardless of whether the target system is Windows or MacOS.

Are you sure those are from Adobe Fonts?
