Saving Indesign 2019 native (*.indd) files to a network drive causes InDesign to crash every time on Mac OS

Dear Professionals

I have a big problem, i'am working with 10+ people as a team in Designing with InDesign and Need to Save on server a lot, in the past we succeeded (Version cc 2017  and Earlier) But after Upgrading and Saving Using InDesign CC 2019 files to a network drive causes InDesign to crash every time on Mac OS, and no hot fixes like what happened in Indesign cc 2018, any Solution Please!!, We are Really suffering !

Is your InDesign updated to the latest version 14.0.2? What happens if you save the files first locally and then back them up to the server? Has your network been upgraded to be fully compatible with the latest InDesign? Many times IT departments don't keep network software totally up to date so as to accommodate firewall and virus protection software. Check with your network administrator. Also are you using a Google Drive as your server? There have been many reports of incompatibility between InDesign and Google in the past. If this is the case contact Google for any advice they might have.

Thank you very much for your reply, my version is 14.0.1 but i will update as you advised for sure, and i didn't know that i need to update my network software on mac, i thought it update automatically , so i will call the I.T Team to solve that, we us Local server , i can save my files locally and i can backup them for sure inside the Server hard-disk, this problem appeared only in cc 2019 version after Upgrading, i kept my old version inside the mac but most of people used the cc 2019 and found this problem after that, anyway i will update both of my indesign cc 2019 versions and also will update the network software and let you know and Thank you again very much.
