Hi, so long story short! I work with a photographer & created a brochure of her work, alongside text and exported as a PDF in indesign. All was fine and the settings meant that all the images looked perfect on my PC and when she views the PDF I saved it looks great her end too...however when she saves it her end, using the same settings on a MAC the images are pixilated and fuzzy and I can't work out why!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂 thanks!

Sounds like the links are either missing or out of date. Check the links panel.

Which version of InDesign and OS?

Check the Effective PPI of the images in the Links Panel, they should be around 200 to 300PPI for printing.

Which version of the PDF did you export to?

Which PDF viewer is she viewing the PDF with – she shouldn't be using Mac Preview?

Why is she "Saving it", if she's using InDesign ensure she's using Display Performance > High Quality Display.
