scale images or text blocks proportionally

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, as of today I have a big problem in Indesign.

I suddenly can't scale images or text blocks proportionally using a shortcut, which severely affects my work. Do any of you have a tip or have you had this problem before? I have already reinstalled Indesign but nothing changes
