Scaling UI for Indesign & Illustrator 2021 to use on 32" monitor

I've just purchased the BneQ Design Vue 32" monitor and everything looks tiny on all my Adobe programs. Can't find a single function to increase UI size or size of menus. Have clicked the tab that says "large tabs" and it did almost nothing. Am running the latest version of all software. Please help, just spent so much money and everything is tiny! Have attached the options I see in Indesign.
