Scaling vector map over multiple frames

Hi,

I am writing a guidebook for climbing. I received a very detailed vector map for the area that I will use to describe approaches to different mountains.

The idea is that I only use parts of that big map depending on which area/mountain I'm describing.

Now I make frames, place the pdf from the map and then zoom in untill I find the desired area.

What I'm wondering about is how I can scale all maps the same. So basically can you preset the "zoom" level in different frames that use the same link, but maybe have a different size?

Thanks a lot!

Copy the frame with the map and move the map in copied frame.

Copy the frame with the map and move the map in copied frame.

That is indeed a very obvious solution, yes.

I also didn't realize the pdf's were placed at 100% initially, regardless of the frame size, so technically I could scale them all the same. I also realized 100% works fine so my problem isn't such a problem anymore.

Thanks for the help Willi!
