Scam, free trial, no real help available

Hi,

can someone please help me? Last week we tried for free with the one week free trial license the InDesign, then we closed down the license as it costs too much for us. When we were closing down the license, after answering to the question why are we closing down the license with our answear, that was " it costs too much" we got a message on the same platform where we were closing down the license. The message said we can get another trial license for FREE for another 30 days, as we might change our mind with continuing paying for the license after that. So we accepted that. It was a week ago, and now I noticed, that last Sunday 41,6 Euros was sent from my credit card to Adobe. So I want that money to be sent back and I also want Adobe to overwrite this opportunity where they offering this license to people and scam them, but the chat assistant is horrible and cant understand me, and when I tried to dial the contact number it said it doesn't even existing... I cant even understand how can this company work like this. I'm just a student, but independent and I work after school, and for my budget its too much, also it's such a shame they can scam people with their offerings and they're aren't available so I could speak with my problem like this with them directly. If anyone can, please help!

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for everyone who answered, I have read your replies. Someone alredy helped me out, and I could delete my licence and it says if someone delete their licence in 14 days, they get their money back (how much you get back depends on wich licence you have bought) so my problem seems to be solved, but thank you all for trying to help!

This is also only a user-to-user forum. No one here (other than the occasional visiting Adobe support staffer) can help you with licensing and account issues. You should call the main Adobe customer support line for your country. You might also check with your credit card provider to see who billed for that charge. If it was Adobe, it will clearly say so. You could take it up with your card provider to block or dispute the payment.

But that's pretty much all the help the user base here can provide... sorry!

Where did you find this trial version? Adobe never offer to extend the trial for anoter month, so it seems that you have been swindled by someone who pretended to be Adobe.
