Schrift umwandeln für WEB PDF

Hallo,

 

ich erstelle für eine Firma eine PDF Datei wo viel Text vorkommt. Die PDF Datei wird nur per Mail versendet und auf Webseiten hochgeladen. - kein Druck.

 

Muss ich die Schriftarten in Formen umwandeln damit die Font immer richtig anzeigt wird? (Create outline)

Gibt es Probleme wenn die Texte nicht in Formen/Kurven umgewandelt werden?

Generally, fonts get automatically embedded when using one of the default PDF presets to export a pdf from InDesign. You can check your PDF in Acrobat, though, to be absolutely sure that all fonts are actually embedded. In Acrobat go to File>Properties and check in the Fonts section of the Document Properties dialog that appears. If all fonts are reading as embedded then the PDF schould be able to be read on any device and/or OS.

Not only shouldn't you need to convert to outlines. You will lose information—paragraph rules, underlines, bulleted lists. All those effects will disappear.

No, you really do not. There is seldom any good reason to convert text to outlines since the mid-1990s!
