screen gliches indesign drag and drop

I'm using pc windows 11 fully updated (the computer and the app)

It happens on InDesign only and when I try to drag items.

Unfortunately its not helpful because my settings are just fine, 2 days ago it all worked and nothing as been changed

In that case, I'd shut everything down and reboot. Don't launch anything but InDesign, and test whether the problem still occurs.
