Screen glitches while using Indesign

Question

I'm working on the latest Apple Mac Studio and Studio Display. My screen is glitching spontaneously everytime I use Indesign, and my keyboard shortcuts sometimes stop working. I've been told by Apple tech support that this is an Indesign App issue. I'm running Ventura 13.0 and my InDesign app is up to date as well.

Can you try running InDesign in Intel Mode.

Select the app, and then press Command-I (or right-click/use the File menu and select Get Info.). This will open an Info window with details about the app.
In the Info window, look for a checkbox labeled, “Open using Rosetta”. Check the box.
Close the Info window.
If you’re already running the app, quit and relaunch.
