Script - Automatically turn text frame into hyperlinked frame and remove text from the text frame?

Hi all, 

Just wondering if anyone knows is there a script for text frame automatically turn to hyperlinked frame and remove the text from the frame? I have followed those two posted but doesn't work for me.

For example, I want to insert "apple shortcut" URL into the text frame and turn that text frame to hyperlinked frame so that when I export to interactive PDF file, that become clickable.
