Script in Adobe InDesign wanting me to 'Please try again restarting Adobe InDesign as Administrator"

Hi

I'm running Windows 7, Am using Adobe InDesign CS6 and can't seem to get this script up and running.  I am logged in as administrator- but have no idea how to give any kind of permissions to the program- if that is what it is asking for.
