Script to package a document while maintaining separate link folders

In our work-flow we like to have separate link folders for graphs, signatures and other linked files. Packaging moves all the links into a common "Links" folder. Have just finished writing a script that packages but also maintains "Graphs" and "Signatures" folders. The links are updated in the packaged InDesign document. It even has an option to remember previous settings and printer instructions which are reloaded when the script runs. Still a few tweaks to be made but it is working quite sweetly so far.
