ScriptUI/Mac - resizing to title bar possible..

Hi,

I created a resizable palette window using the tipps from the Script UI documentation from Peter Kahrel. Works fine, I can resize and the content is resizing too. Strange thing on a mac: When I resize the window smaller than the minimumSize the window is flickering and when I continue I can resize to the title bar. On a windows machine I can't resize below the minimumSize.
