Scrolling animation export issue

I've made a line panorama with images that goes a while off the page so it can scroll across, but when I export the screen is showing me a giant white space so it can have the entries line visible at the start. No issues with the scrolling animation, it works fine. 

I'm probably missing something simple but I don't know what to search... Thanks!
