Scrubby Zoom

Hello!

I have a problem with the "zoom way" in ID. Happens that in Illustrator you can zoom simply by pressing "z" and sliding the mouse; Up (+) Down (-). I wanted to do the same in ID but the zoom does it with a box which is very annoying because sometimes it zooms too much, plus it takes a little longer. I would like to know if in ID I can do the same way as it is done in Illustrator.

I've heard something like "Scrubby Zoom" but I'm not sure. I use a Laptop HP Envy (Intel Graphics).
I appreciate your suggestions/responses.

It works the same way in InDesign on a Mac with GPU Acceleration, but not on Windows yet. You can vote for Animated Zoom to be added to Windows here:
