Share for Review does not open the web file

Question

I am working on a magazine. We used Share for Review for our last issue, 3 months ago, and it worked great with communication in our office. I am starting on the next issue, and for some reason this time it does not want to open on both my end and my coworkers end. I can create the link, but when I click on it, the spinning circle just spins. It is a fairly large file, but it worked just fine 3 months ago, approximately the same size.

Before stepping on here for advice, I have done some research, but nothing seems to answer my question. I attached a screenshot image of the spinning circle.

Working with the most up-to-date Adobe CC, Indesign.

Adobe InDesign CC 2022It must have been just a glitch in the system. After trying 2 smaller files and a previous magazine, I tried our current magazine and it seems to be working now?

The version of InDesign & OS.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
Have you tested on a different browser?
Will it be possible for you to share the link with us for testing?
