Share for review is not registering comments.

You share for review doesn’t work. There are ton of comments my clients have put on the review link but none of them are showing now.

Why do you keep releasing these untested garbage features, if it can’t work at a basic level.

This is the link. A person commentted thorugh guest feature but the comments are shown in my notication window and email but not in the actual link.

Especially if GUESTS are commeting on it, its a issue

Sorry for the delayed response and that you're still experiencing issues with Share for Review.

Could you please confirm your exact InDesign version/build and OS version?

Also, could you clarify whether the comments/annotations are visible in the web review but are not appearing or mapping correctly in the InDesign document, or whether they're missing from the web review as well despite appearing in your notifications?

If possible, please share a short screen recording of the complete workflow, from viewing/posting the comments in the web review to checking them in InDesign. This will help us better understand the behavior and investigate further.

I’m on the latest version. Also why after updating the share for review link why doesn’t the link update? I’ve to do it multiple times to get the files updated.

Honestly you guys should stop selling enterprise software if you can’t make it work at the most basic level.
