Share for Review Issues

Is anyone else finding that 'Share for Review' is not working very well at the moment, it is very erratic, people I have successfully sharing with for over 1 year are no longer able to view my shares, It seem to have happened at the same time my clients Adobe corporate licensing agreement changed.

I'm not sure of the details, but now all freelancers are unable to share with the design agency, even if set to public.

A lot of tests have been done to try to find a work around, but what works one day, tends to not work the next?? very erratic, also they can sometimes see the share in there preview, but once clicked, get an error message
