Share for review - lost sync to original file

I just saved an updated version of my file. It's no longer linked to the review comments previously posted. Is there a way to relink the cloud comments to this file?

    Hi wcalc,

    if you saved with command "Save As" all comments are lost.

    And no, I see no way to relink to the cloud comments again.
