Share For Review Mobile Issues

Hey, since the recent update, I'm getting a lot of complaints from my writers that they can no longer proof from mobile, using the Share For Review links I send them. They can pinch to zoom, but they are unable to scroll around the page.

On iPhone the situation is even worse. Tapping the page icon at the bottom of the screen brings up a navigation system, however this frequently fails to update the page viewer. Tapping on the desired page in the navigation bar, will frequently see the selected page revert to the previous one when the user taps on the updated page in the viewer space.

Having tested it all myself on both Android and iPhone, I can confirm that the system is very broken from what it once was. I hope this is on your radar to fix as soon as possible. Thanks.

By way of comparison, are they able to make comments from the desktop access? IOW, is it broken in both device uses, or just smartphones?

Yes, they have no problem using the desktop version. The problems are unique to the mobile implementation. All users report the same issues on mobile and I have verified them myself this afternoon.
