Share for Review - Notifying Project Manager

Hi All!
Long time user, but first time poster 🙂
In my agency we're hoping to utilise 'Share for Review' in indesign. I've used it personally, and it's worked well, but not at a company level.

I know that the process is simple - 'Mr Artworker' makes the indesign file, saves it, generates the 'share for review' link, and then passes it onto to 'Mr Account Manager' to share with the client via an email or whatever.

However, I assume that all comments can be sent as notifications and 'Mr Artworker' will be notified each time. Can I set it so someone else (The Account Manager) ALSO gets the notifications instead?

Thanks

I currently know nothing at all about Share for Review, but when one of my clients asked this, I helped him set up Outlook to automagically forward all such notifications to The Account Manager's email. It's duck tape and zip ties, for sure, but it worked in that one case. Similar auto-forwarding could probably be implemented up at the mailserver level if necessary.

No, you cannot. But you can download a PDF of accumulated comments and send that to another manager.
