Share for Review URLs not working

Question

At the end of April the Share for Review feature in InDesign stopped working. It allows us to create a public or private URL but neither work. When you click the URL it redirects to assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and we can't get to the review link.

The URL works when we're not on our corporate network. Whitelist of domains maybe?

Anyone else run into this?

Hi @cr89,

It sounds like the issue might be related to your corporate network settings. I've attached a network endpoints text file that contains the domains that need to be allowed for Adobe apps and services to function correctly. Whitelisting these domains should help resolve the problem.

Please review the attached file and ensure these domains are allowed on your network.
