Share for Review vanished from account and review link stopped working

I am experiencing a serious issue with InDesign Share for Review and need assistance recovering review comments.

I created an InDesign document and shared it using Share for Review. Around 10 collaborators participated and left more than 200 comments. More than a week later, I reopened the file to apply the feedback, and all comments were loading and working normally.

While working on the document, my internet connection was temporarily interrupted for a few minutes. After the connection was restored, the review stopped working. The comments no longer appear in InDesign, the review seems to have disappeared from my account, and the original review link no longer works for any of the collaborators.

As a result, more than 200 comments from approximately 10 reviewers have become inaccessible.

Could you please investigate whether the review data can be recovered or restored from Adobe's servers? Since the comments were available and functioning normally before the connection issue, I believe the review data may still exist.

I'm sorry to hear about this. I can understand how concerning it must be to suddenly lose access to a review containing feedback from around 10 collaborators and more than 200 comments.

To help us investigate further, could you please confirm your exact InDesign version and operating system version? It would also be helpful to know where the document is stored. Is it a local file, a Creative Cloud document, or stored via Dropbox, OneDrive, or another network location?

Could you please check whether the review still appears under https://adobe.ly/3QHckZr when signed in with the same Adobe ID that was used to create the review? Additionally, please let us know whether the INDD file was copied, renamed, or saved as a copy at any point before the issue appeared.

If possible, could you also try opening the same document on another machine while signed in with the same Adobe ID and let us know whether the comments or review reappear there?
