Unable to contact Adobe developers directly, but it's pretty poor that the word 'Portrait' is misspelt in the InDesign document set-up drop-down menu...maybe it's an American thing?

Hi @Abstractrob , I’m not using the latest version but Porttrait looks like a Custom Page Size, which you should be able to delete by choosing Custom... from the Page Size list in New Document

Thank you Rob. I missed that. I truly appreciate you keeping us all honest on this. I got such a chuckle out of the concept it didn't occur to me that this could be a user-inflicted issue. I took that one hook, line and sinker.

 

So I guess, upon further review, this is more like a personal problem ... and a suckered-in response by this writer. I not only fed the troll, I was blinded by it.

It was the Bleed setting—none of the included Print Intent presets have a 0 Bleed.
