Since update 20.4 InDesign crashes several times a day!

Could you share the details the experts asked for? Also, when the crash happens, do you see the Adobe Crash Reporter window? If yes, please submit the crash report and send me your email address via DM so I can check the logs: https://adobe.ly/3Hti5Fv.
It would also be helpful to test the issue in Windows Safe Mode to rule out any interference from third-party plugins: https://adobe.ly/3UmEIhN.

Have you updated to 20.5?

Can you tell us a bit more about your system, the OS and version number, and if you're using any plugins, extensions etc.? 

If you create a new user account does the same issue persist?

Any specfic tasks you're doing while it's crashing?
