Single row height adjusment in InDesign table

How does one go about adjusting the height of a single row in an Indesign table. My  "at least" height is .28, but for some separator rows, I'd like to reduce some rows down to about .15 or so. I'm sure there's a way, but I am missing it.

Thanks to those who know more than me,

Joe

Select the row and call the Cell Options dialog. On the Rows and Columns tab, (where your 'at least' setting is), change "At Least" to "Exactly" and type .15 in the numerical field.
