Smaller Images Not Showing in Interactive PDF Export from InDesign

I have an image that I converted to a button, when clicked on it opens a larger version of the image.  The original 'button' has two smaller images on top (this is something I do frequently) when I test it in EPUB (like I always do) it works and looks fine.  However, when I export to PDF (interactive, as I always do) for some reason, today the smaller images are not showing though interactivity works fine.  I have completely recreated this and it is still not working.  I have attached the files.

I posted another strange issue this morning, I am not sure why I am having these strange issues suddenly, could it be an update or something?  I am using Abode online on a PC.
