Solution for InDesign 18.4 not launching

Wanted to share this solution, as I've had this issue twice within a month — InDesign 18.4 not launching. Uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. The first time this happened, this fix worked for a few weeks. The issue just reoccured, so we'll see how long until this issue happens again. Also wanted to share in case this is a bug that needs to be fixed.
