Some menus definitively not working (Object/Effects)

Indesign 13.1 (2018) under OSX HighSierra 10.13.3 has some menus damaged, like the Object/Effects.

Should I reinstall the whole thing?

How to preserve scripts, keyboards, workspaces, etc?

(I imported a file with «multiply» effect applied from another computer and the effect was lost.)

Thanks a lot.

If when you installed CC 2018 with the option "Import Previous settings and preferences" checked then please see this link: CC 2018 InDesign—Don't Import previous settings and preferences .

    Hi Camilo,

are you sure that the effect is not applied?

I've seen some issues with not changing effects with 13.1 on OS X 10.11.6 when I changed values for an applied effect in the Effects Panel. All screen redraw problems ( no GPU support ). The effects were updated after saving, closing and reopening the document.

    hi, Uwe

definitively it seems a software damage...?

the link to preserve preferences will help to suffer this procedure.

    thanks,

    Camilo
