Hi,

I re-tried the steps I followed before because I couldn't remember if I had rebooted my computer after using CC Cleaner tool. This time I made sure to reboot and I then re-installed the CC desktop app using one of the alternate links and all of my CC apps and everything is working fine now.

Thank you for following up on this.

Regards

I updated to 14.6 and now keep getting "creative cloud content manager is damaged and can't be opened" error messages. I've had to uninstall all of my CC apps, the CC desktop app, run CC cleaner and reinstall the CC desktop app but am still getting the same error message. I found an old (2022) fix that suggested deleteting the Adobe Creative Cloud Experience folder and the CCXProcess it contained. So far the error messages have stopped but I haven't started reinstalling all the CC apps yet.

Hi @Macmarkos,

I'm really sorry to hear about your troubles with the "Creative Cloud Content Manager is damaged and can't be opened" error after updating to version 14.6.

Thank you for sharing the steps you've already taken, such as uninstalling the CC apps, using the CC Cleaner tool, and deleting the Adobe Creative Cloud Experience folder. It's great to hear that the error messages have stopped for now.

Would you mind installing the CC applications and check if the issue persists?

However, we have a helpX article with the solution mentioned for this issue. I would request you to go through the reference article: Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged

We're here to help you get back to your creative work as quickly as possible, so please keep us updated on your progress.

Best,

Abhishek Rao
