Spacing is inconsistent between bordered paragraphs

I've created borders around my paragraphs but the spacing in between each border is not the same. You can see in the image below that the spacing is off between each paragraph (had to block out sensitive text). The paragraph borders all have the same settings applied, and as far as I can tell, the paragraph and spacing properties are all the same up in the control bar. I can't figure out how to make the spaces in between borders a single, standard size. Any ideas? Thanks!

Of course, I figured it out immediately after posting this. Everything looked fine on screen but I went ahead and selected all text and selected a value in the "space between paragraphs using the same style" option in the control bar and everything evened out.
