Spell Check Language Problems..

Hi

I'm trying to spell check document, however all correctly spelled words (English) are coming up as errors.

I see (in attached screenshot) that there is reference to "Language: German..."

How do I fix this please and thanks to anyone with any info willing to share.

Your screenshot indicates that German is the selected language for your text. Language is a character attribute. Check either your paragraph styles or the character panel.

Ah, thank you. I note that I seem to have to change the language for every 'element' on the page. For example, I did what you suggested and it worked... and then I noticed that text in a table STILL presented in "German". But I am happy to change on a 'per item' way if there is no global way of applying new language to every element on the page.

Yes you can search&replace in the format style the language for the hole document!
