Spelling Panel

Hi,

When we do spell check using "spelling" in InDesign. At the moment we click on the textFrames or close the document or selects any widgets then the spelling panel gets reset. How I can achieve this behaviour, any hint for obtaining this?

I have obtain some of this behaviour mentioned like when the document is closed. The spelling dialog behaviour ie, it reset itself when any any tool is selected. How could i know when a tool selection is changed?
