Split document

Several users can work at different stories at the same time, when they export them as InCopy stories. They can have access to them via InCopy. They are linked to InDesign as other assets are, like images.

Two users cannot access the same document simultaneously, but there should be no problems at separate times with multiple users using the same files.

Depending on how your files are stored you may get missing link and or font warnings as different users access the files, but there is no limit on their ability to edit.
