Starting Up LBQ

Hello,

I'm trying to setup and configure the LBQ for InDesign Server 2015. I'm going through the manual and do not see any contents under

<IDS SDK>/samples/load-balancing-and-queuing-clients/indesignserver-startup-scripts/

I'm specifically looking for the startup-indesign-server-CORBA-4instances.bat file so I can accurately startup IDS to listen on the CORBA interface.

Does anyone have a copy of that file or it's contents?
