Streamline Inserting Multiple Images into InDesign for Your Catalog

I am creating a catalog for a retail chain. I need help with inserting photos (for photos, I have a code under which I search for images on Google Drive, download them and put them in indesign), how to speed them up so that I don't have to insert them individually. I insert the text by connecting each frame and insert excel into indesign, connect each column, copy and paste. Is it possible to achieve something like that with pictures? Thanks in advance
