Suddenly blue blocks appears behind text

how can I get rid of these blue blocks?

when 'overprint preview' checked, they disappear.

You should work with Paragraph and Character Styles. These markers remind you that you work with manual override.

You can click them away by clicking the [+]-Button on top of the Paragraph or Character Style panel, but better is to work with appropriate styles.
