Swatch colours disappeared

All the default colours in the swatch window disappeared. How do i get those colours back?

Hi @JayIKEA:

If you aren't sure how to reset preferences, you can start with InDesign/Edit > Preferences > General > Reset Preferences on Quit. Then quit InDesign and restart. If the colors still aren't back, there are additional steps you can take. Just let us know.
