Sync paragraph styles throughout documents

To update paragraph styles in Adobe InDesign, select the text you want to format, go to the Paragraph Styles panel, and either create a new style or modify an existing one. After making your desired changes, right-click the style in the panel and choose Redefine Style to apply the updates throughout the document.
